Equipment Operator
Experienced operators for excavators, scrapers, dozers, and graders. GPS machine control experience a plus. Must hold valid CDL or be willing to obtain.
- 3+ years heavy equipment experience
- Valid driver's license required
- CDL preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
Underground Utility Foreman
Lead crews on sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and water main installations. Responsible for daily production, crew safety, and quality control.
- 5+ years underground utility experience
- Proven crew leadership ability
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Site Superintendent
Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial site development projects. Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- 7+ years site development experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
Laborer / General Site Worker
Entry-level and experienced laborers for site clearing, grading support, concrete work, and general site development tasks. Training available for motivated candidates.
- Physical ability to perform outdoor manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
